Meal Plans

Food is medicine that helps us regain and keep our health. This is true for everyone. Working with our resident's individual culinary requirements, we will work to provide meals that are healthful, enjoyable, and fresh.

 

As food enthusiasts, we hope our residents can share in the growing, cultivating and preparing delicious meals that meet their requirements. With our on-premise greenhouse, we can cook with what we grow. We will use every part of our everyday lives to open communications to better understand our resident's goals through every experience available.

 

We subscribe to that old fashioned idea that mealtime is a great time to come together, communicate and learn about each other. 

 

 

Residential Habilitation

LNL Home services provides residential community living arrangements for individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.

LNL Home Services is tailoring residences to individuals needs and comfort, so they can live, learn and flourish.

We will assist individuals with personal care, adult daily activities, community integration and social skill development.

 

Companionship 

​

Companionship is a key to trusted relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings. 

 

Home and Community Hab

​

We understand that 'one care plan' will not fit every individual. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. 

 

Community Participation Services

​

Individuals will receive a unique support to explore and develop their interests. Each person will be provided with the opportunity to achieve their personally identified goals for community participation.

 

 

 Job Support Services

​

Individuals will receive one on one attention to build interest in developing  skills, responsibility, contribution into the community.
